When will my order be processed?

We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt.

What happens when I place an order online?

Once you place your order online, you will receive a copy of your order by email. Please make sure all of your contact, monogramming and shipping information is correct. This will serve as you receipt.

How do I place a monogram order?

In the "Monogram Box" place the initials in the exact order that you would like them to appear on the item, example Mary Jane Smith would be MSJ.

What happens if I find another online store with better prices?

If you find a lower price, just let us know and we will match the price and ALSO give you 10% of the difference back on your purchase. Just go ahead and place your order and email us a link to the store and or the coupon and we will deduct the difference and credit the difference before processing your order then confirm the details with you in a separate email.

Is your site safe to put my credit card information on?

Absolutely! We pay extra money each month to host our store with Yahoo which uses the most up to date sophisticated security and uses SECURE pages for your order processing. Plus, its Yahoo! They know how to protect your information.

What is Gold Vermeil?

In order to qualify as gold vermeil and not merely gold-plated the base must be pure sterling silver. The piece is then dipped in 14 karat gold. You can find gold vermeil in different colors, including yellow, white and pink.

Gold vermeil will last for many years without tarnishing and without the gold wearing away if you properly care for it. You should avoid wearing gold vermeil jewelry in the bath, shower, or when swimming. Do not have gold vermeil jewelry machine polished or dipped in any cleaning agent, these processes can wear away the gold layer. Use a soft, clean, cloth to remove dirt, oils and other material from the jewelry.

Will my silver jewelry tarnish?

By nature, sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to air. Most of the sterling silver uses to make jewelry is coated to prevent or slow the tarnishing process, however proper care and storage will help to keep our jewelry sparkling and clean. If our sterling pieces should become tarnished, use a jewelry-grade polishing cloth to clean them. Never apply polishing agents to sterling jewelry as these may scratch or damage them. Avoid applying lotions, hair products, etc. while wearing any of jewelry as these may damage them.

Is my privacy protected?

Protecting your personal information/privacy is very, very important to us. We hate spam! eThoughtfullyThings does NOT sell or rent our customers names, address or e-mail address to anyone. We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc., from time to time. If you ever get e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these emails, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists.(You will not get many emails from us, as it is a lot of work and we don't have the luxury of that time).
